In Cherkasy, the ceremonial closing of the educational field camp for security-oriented and national-patriotic education lyceums of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine took place.

The students visited significant historical and cultural landmarks of the Cherkasy region, took part in a themed campfire gathering, and paid tribute to the legacy of Taras SHEVCHENKO.

The students took part in a series of cultural, educational, and historical activities aimed at deepening their understanding of Ukraine’s past, its prominent figures, and the events that shaped the process of Ukrainian state-building.

The event took place with the participation of pupils of Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kyiv Lyceum named after Y. Kondratiev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the field camp for lyceum students.

A summer field training camp for security-oriented and national-patriotic education lyceums of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is currently being held at the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine in Cherkasy.

Around 150 athletes took part in the regional judo championship among men and women, held at the Olimpiyski Rezervy sports complex in Dnipro. Prize winners included cadets of the university and students of the Oleksandr Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum.

At the Oleksandr Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum of Security and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the educational practice period is ongoing.
