Nedria Kyrylo Mykhailovych
Director of the Lyceum, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Master of Political Science and Law
Author of over 70 scientific publications and educational-methodological works. The area of scientific interest includes leadership, political technologies, psychology of extreme situations, psychological rehabilitation/adaptation, developmental psychology, psychological trauma, PTSD, psychology of police work, and the history of law enforcement agencies.
In addition to scientific and teaching activities, he is one of the leading trainer-instructors of the National Police of Ukraine in the disciplines of “Stress Resistance”, “Effective Communication”, “Interview Techniques”, “Tolerance and Non-Discrimination in Police Work”, and “Professional Ethics”, which he co-developed. He is a certified trainer for several international organizations. His personal achievements include participation in the training of officers of the Patrol Police in 15 regions of Ukraine, as well as other services and units of the National Police of Ukraine, the National Guard, and the State Bureau of Investigation. He is an active public figure and participant in many national-patriotic projects. He took part in the defense of Donetsk airport. He has been awarded state and departmental honors, including the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, a firearm, and the title of People’s Hero of Ukraine.
