Independence Day of Ukraine Celebrated at the O. Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum
The event was held with the participation of the administration and students of the institution.
The ceremony began with the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine. Afterwards, participants observed a moment of silence in honor of the fallen heroes — all those who gave their lives for the independence, freedom and future of Ukraine.
The Director of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kyrylo Nedria, addressed the audience with a speech. He emphasized that the training of lyceum students begins with respect for discipline, national values and a conscious understanding of their mission. He also noted that independence is not just a historical milestone but a daily struggle and responsibility.
The students of the lyceum presented a creative performance featuring elements of traditional Ukrainian folk dances.

On the occasion of National Flag Day of Ukraine, students of the Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum for Security and National-Patriotic Education under the Ministry of Internal Affairs took part in a series of educational excursions, patriotic competitions and group activities dedicated to the history and meaning of one of Ukraine’s key state symbols.
