As part of the forum, a panel discussion was held with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and other government agencies, heads of educational institutions, researchers and experts. The Director of the Lyceum, Kyrylo Nedria, was awarded a badge of distinction from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Welcoming remarks were delivered by State Secretary of the MIA Inna Yashchuk, Director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports Oleksandr Tarasenko, Deputy Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Oleksii Mihrin, Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine and Head of the Human Resources Department Serhii Kobets, Deputy Head of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance Ivan Nazarov, Deputy Head of the National Qualifications Agency Dmytro Liakh, and Head of the Expert Group for European Integration of the Directorate for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Shkabko.
Forum participants discussed a range of current issues, including the transformation of educational programs under martial law, directions of state policy in the field of qualifications, development of professional standards, fostering leadership potential among students and integrating European standards into the national system of specialist training.
Outstanding employees of educational institutions under the MIA system were awarded distinctions by the participating agencies and ministries. Kyrylo Nedria, Director of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev, was presented with the "Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi" honorary badge of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
