"Defenders of Love": St. Valentine’s Day Celebration at the Dnipro Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Students of the Dnipro Lyceum for Security and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev celebrated Valentine’s Day by greeting their friends with warm wishes.
In the school lobby, lyceum students watched a presentation on the history of Valentine’s Day and learned more about the life of Saint Valentine.
A special highlight of the event was the "cupids"—students dressed up for the occasion, spreading joy and handing out paper hearts with assigned numbers. Special mailboxes were set up, allowing students to send Valentine’s cards to their chosen recipients.
The celebration has become not only a cherished tradition but also a great opportunity for students to express care and support for one another.
