The key element is round-the-clock video surveillance, which covers all actions regarding the detained — from the moment of his delivery to release.
Lyceum students of Dnipro Lyceum of security direction and national-patriotic education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev were explained how the implementation of the system "Custody Records" contributes to ensuring legality and control of each stage of interaction with detained.

Work of the system allows to prevent emergency situations during detention, fix all processes and actions of law enforcement officers, increase the level of their responsibility, protect detained from possible unlawful actions and at the same time safeguard police officers from unfounded accusations.

Lyceum students came to the conclusion that observance of human rights is an integral component of the profession of a police officer, and transparency and openness of police activity strengthen the trust of society to law enforcement bodies.
