Students of the Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev participated in the all-Ukrainian OSINT competition
The Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev was represented by the “Eagles of Dnipro” team.
The event was held online at the Research Laboratory of OSINT Research and Security Analytics of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs and was dedicated to the topic of identifying facts of sanctions evasion.
The competition involved 73 representatives of leading higher education institutions of Ukraine, as well as the lyceum team — “Eagles of Dnipro” of the Dnipro Lyceum named after Oleksandr Hostishchev, which was the only lyceum among the participants.
Participants received three classic OSINT tasks, for which they were allowed to use open sources: search engines, social networks, state and international registries, maps, and news. One hour and 30 minutes were allocated for completing the tasks. Based on the results:
● The “Avanhard” team of DSUIA (coach — Eduard RYZHKOV) won 2nd place.
● The lyceum students’ team “Eagles of Dnipro” (coach — Mykola SHEVCHENKO) took 4th place, becoming the only representatives among lyceums in the all-Ukrainian competition.
The competition confirmed the high level of training of both cadets and students of universities, as well as lyceum students, who compete on equal terms with future specialists in the field of security.

Lyceum students secured four prize-winning places in various weight categories at the kettlebell sport championship organized by the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs. The sports event was dedicated to the Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine Day and the European Week of Sport.
