Consultations and trainings for pupils of the Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue
The events are conducted by the Department of Special Physical Training of DSUIA.
Future graduates are thoroughly familiarized with the peculiarities of admission to higher education institutions with specific conditions of study. Special attention is paid to the procedure for passing the standards of physical fitness.
Representatives of the department familiarize the pupils of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education named after O. Hostishchev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with clear evaluation criteria, requirements for the technique of performing exercises and the scoring system. Also, the peculiarities of preparation for testing are discussed and practical recommendations are provided regarding the effective distribution of physical loads and the organization of the training process.
Together with theoretical consultations, practical trainings aimed at improving general physical qualities continue. The lyceum students work on the development of strength, endurance and speed, practicing exercises on pull-ups, push-ups and elements of athletics.
Such classes help lyceum students to better prepare for entrance tests, reduce stress levels and confidently pass the standards of physical fitness.
