The event, held under the slogan "Patriotism in Action: Strength of Spirit and Body," aimed to introduce young people to the realities of military service, foster a sense of patriotism and pride in Ukrainian defenders, and motivate them to lead a healthy lifestyle and engage in sports.

   The meeting began with a welcoming speech and the introduction of the National Guard servicemen. The guests addressed the cadets with motivational messages, emphasizing the importance of youth readiness for military service, knowledge of basic military training, and a healthy lifestyle. The cadets listened with interest to the stories of the servicemen, including David Kasatkin ("Khimik"), Vitalii Brek ("Brek"), Dmytro Chupilko ("Romantic"), and Ihor Novytskyi ("Nova").

   Fighters from the "Azov" Regiment shared their personal experiences of service, spoke about their participation in key events in the country, and expressed their personal views on patriotism.

   A special focus was given to a mini-lecture on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness for servicemen. The guests discussed the daily routine and discipline of "Azov" fighters, a typical schedule to maintain physical and mental fitness, training programs, workout intensity, endurance, strength, and agility exercises, as well as methods for maintaining mental health, stress resistance, relaxation techniques, and meditation. They also highlighted the significance of teamwork, camaraderie, mutual support, motivation within the unit, and the role of National Guard soldiers in defending Ukraine, the importance of patriotism for National Guard servicemen, and key character traits essential for them.

   Following the lecture, a Q&A session took place, where cadets had the opportunity to ask their questions to the military personnel.

   Together with the guests, the cadets developed guidelines on "How to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle?" and "How to Overcome Laziness and Motivate Yourself to Exercise Regularly?"

   At the end of the meeting, a brief review of the acquired knowledge was conducted. The cadets sincerely expressed their gratitude to the guests for their visit and took group photos together. 

   This event was initiated by the Department of Education, Science, and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and became an important step in fostering patriotism among young people.
