Greco-Roman wrestling: training for pupils of Dnipro Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev
The class was conducted by educator of Dnipro Lyceum of security direction and national-patriotic education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev police major Pavlo SMIRNOV.
The training was conducted with the aim of encouraging lyceum students to engage in sports for the development of strength qualities tempering of sports spirit etc. Attention was focused on basic elements of wrestling.
Were practiced techniques of wrestling standing throwing technique acrobatic component and functional training.
Such events contribute to the physical development of lyceum students form discipline endurance and team spirit and also popularize a healthy lifestyle and sports among youth.
