The lesson was conducted by associate professor of the department of administrative law and process of DSUIA, doctor of philosophy in the field of law, senior police lieutenant Karina PISOTSKA and senior lecturer of the department Mykola REPAN.

   To the event joined community police officers of the sector of interaction with communities of Dnipro District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region — police captain Oleksandr BERDO and senior police lieutenant Ihor SAKHAREVYCH.

   Lyceum students were acquainted with the activity of community police officers and special vehicles that they use during service. After the inspection of service transport the lesson continued at the training ground "Prevention and counteraction to domestic violence".

   Police officers shared practical experience of responding to cases of domestic violence, and for a visual understanding of their work was modeled a typical situation.

   During the lesson lyceum students learned about methods of stopping violence, the procedure of its documentation and main ways of providing assistance to victims.

   Such events contribute to increasing the level of awareness of youth regarding the problem of violence, realization of its negative consequences and formation of skills of responsible behavior in society.
