Student of O. Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum Wins Gold at European Taekwondo Championship

Levon Grigoryan secured victory and brought Ukraine a gold medal, once again proving an exceptional level of training.

   The European Taekwondo ITF Championship for juniors and adults concluded recently in Tallinn, Estonia, gathering talented athletes from across Europe at the Tallinn University sports complex. Levon Grigoryan, a student of the Dnipro Security-Oriented and National-Patriotic Education Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA), emerged as a true star of the event. In the tul (formal patterns) discipline among juniors aged 14–15, he showcased impressive technique, strength, and endurance, clinching first place and earning Ukraine a gold medal. This victory highlights the high level of training among DSUIA lyceum students and their readiness to represent Ukraine with distinction on the international stage.
