The Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education named after Oleksandr Hostishchev strives to provide children of Defenders with quality education, psychological and emotional support, and to comprehensively unlock the potential of students, in particular – sports.

   The training began with a warm-up. The lyceum students were shown the technique of strikes and defensive actions characteristic of Muay Thai. Special attention was paid to safety during the classes and the practice of basic exercises and techniques.

   The training develops strength, speed, agility, toughens the body, and strengthens the spirit, contributing to the comprehensive development of students.
