As part of the introductory course, students of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security and National-Patriotic Education participated in training on basic weapon handling and first aid.

   During the weapons training, cadets learned about the components of automatic firearms (assault rifles), basic shooting stances, weapon grips, and fundamental movements for firing.

   In the first aid session, participants practiced using tourniquets to stop critical bleeding from upper and lower limb wounds and correctly applying the tourniquet.

   According to experts, these skills must be practiced until they become second nature to ensure effective and timely use in critical situations.
