“Festive Mile”: Friendly Run Held at Dnipro Lyceum Named After O. Hostishchev
As part of the celebration of the Day of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, the Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev hosted the “Festive Mile” run. Seventy-five lyceum students participated in the event, covering a 1.5 km distance to energetic music.
The event aimed not only to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people but also to foster key qualities essential for future professionals in the fields of security and defense – physical endurance, discipline and the ability to work effectively as a team.
The run took place in a friendly and uplifting atmosphere, becoming a true celebration of sports, willpower and unity. According to the organizers, this was a great opportunity for the young students to test their strength, experience team spirit and build strong friendships within the group.
Additionally, running develops mental resilience and strengthens character, which is especially important in the face of modern-day challenges.

In celebration of the Day of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, a dynamic mini-football tournament was held at the Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev. Four teams from the first-year platoons competed for the title of champions.
