The event was conducted by the teacher-organizer of the lyceum.

The pupils together with the teachers created a large installation that symbolizes the Ukrainian vyshyvanka and learned about the history of traditional ethnic clothing, its regional features and the symbolic meaning of ornaments.

Special attention was paid to the fact that each pattern has a deep meaning and is characteristic of a certain region of Ukraine. Also, the lyceum students performed thematic choreographic numbers and read poems dedicated to the Day of the Vyshyvanka.

Such events contribute to the formation of national consciousness, the education of love for Ukrainian traditions, the strengthening of patriotism and the development of creative abilities in the younger generation.
