First-year lyceum students, their mentors from among second-year students, educators, and senior educators participate in the events. At their discretion, the leadership of the institution also joins. The main goal of the project is to form a positive emotional climate, strengthen mutual understanding in the collective, develop skills of sincere self-expression, and also unite lyceum students around common values and goals.

   The symbolic start of the event is the creation of a large circle, collective singing, after which everyone sits in a circle on mats. An important component is the passing of a motanka doll — a traditional Ukrainian amulet that embodies pure energy and light. The one who holds the motanka names their name and shares their own feelings, thoughts, dreams, and vision of their future.

   During the meetings, lyceum students note that they have become more disciplined and organized, learned to better control emotions, became united, felt the support of mentors, found new friends, and became more open in communication. They express a desire to be resilient, physically developed, to improve themselves in order to worthily represent their lyceum and bring pride to their parents.

   The final chord of the project traditionally becomes mutual hugs and words of gratitude, which reinforce the atmosphere of trust and unity in the collective.
